TICONDEROGA | A $500,000 Anchor Project award has been secured by PRIDE of Ticonderoga, Inc., for the restoration of a defunct, dilapidated 80-plus-year-old restaurant site, once popular with locals, and formerly known as the Roofer’s Lounge. The site is located in downtown Ticonderoga. Funding for the award has been made available by the 2020 New York Main Street (NYMS) program managed by the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) and the Office of Community Renewal (OCR) through a competitive grant application process.
